What we collect
Your email and username when you sign up, the trades and listings you create, proof photos you upload, and the reviews you give and receive.
How we use it
To run your account, power the trade flow, display public profiles and reputation, and keep the platform safe.
What's public
Your username, avatar, trade count, completion rate, reviews, and any disputes recorded against you are visible to anyone — including logged -out visitors. Your email is never shown publicly.
Proof photos
Proof photos are stored in a private bucket and shown only to the two traders in that trade, via temporary signed links.
Your choices
You can delete your account and all your data yourself, any time — open your profile (the “You” tab) and tap Delete account. It erases your listings, binder, trades, proof photos and reviews immediately. Prefer we handle it, or want a copy of your data first? Email support@biasbin.com. Reviews tied to completed trades may be retained in anonymized form for trust integrity.
