Terms of Service
Effective June 2026. Bias Bin is an early-access service for arranging BTS photocard trades between collectors. By using it, you agree to the terms below.
1. What Bias Bin is
Bias Bin is a venue: a platform for arranging card-for-card trades of BTS photocards between collectors. Every trade is between the two traders — Bias Bin is not a party to it, holds no funds or cards, verifies nothing on your behalf, and is not an escrow, payment, or shipping service. What Bias Bin does is document: proof photos, tracking, confirmations and reviews, on the record.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for accurately representing the cards you trade, uploading honest proof photos, shipping promptly with valid tracking, and only confirming receipt when the card matches the agreed terms.
3. Trades & disputes
Trades complete only when both sides confirm. Disputes you open or that are opened against you may be recorded on your public profile. Bias Bin may review disputes but does not guarantee recovery of cards.
4. Accounts & conduct
Keep your login secure. Don't impersonate others, manipulate reputation, or use the platform for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that abuse the system.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” during early access. Features may change. To the extent permitted by law, Bias Bin isn't liable for losses arising from trades between users.
6. Age & shipping safety
You must be at least 13 to use Bias Bin, and if you're under 18 you should trade and ship with a parent or guardian involved. Trading means exchanging mailing addresses with another collector and sending real packages — share only what a trade needs, keep the trade inside Bias Bin so proof, tracking, and confirmation actually apply, and never feel pressured to move off-platform.
